Made from the SiJiChun ‘Four Season Spring’ Cultivar. This fragrant, lightly sweet White tea is hand picked and minimally processed over the course of eight to ten days. This is the tea which inspired it’s maker, Mr. Yu, to recite with respect to it, “In it’s first year it’s just tea, in it’s third it’s medicine, and in it’s seventh it’s a baby.” Whether you drink it now or wait a full seven years to test the adage is up to you. Either way this is a special tea. Simply put, this is some of the best White tea you may ever drink.

Recommended serving-sizes and steeping times:
Bring your water to a boil. Use 3 to 6 grams of freshly woken up tea in a 150ml vessel. Due to the open leaf style of this tea please use a pot with a large opening, a gaiwan is a good choice. After letting the water rest for a few seconds steep the tea. Depending on if you like your tea thin or thick, steep from 30 seconds at first up to 5 minutes in succeeding rounds.
